What if I forgot my Login Password?

Did you forget your password?
- Enter your email address you used to register your account.
- Your password will be sent to you through email.
What does it mean if I am locked out?
This means you have answered your security questions incorrectly. If this happens please contact us at
lendingsupport@severnbank.com. We will reset your questions and you will need to log in and then re-answer your security questions.
Can I access my account(s) from multiple computers?
Yes. You can access your account(s) from multiple computers. There is no limit to the number of computers you can use to access your account(s). If you log in from a new or unrecognized computer, you will be asked to answer a security question before you are logged in to your application.
What Browsers are supported for use?
The following Web browsers are supported for use:
- Firefox, version 3.0 or higher
- Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 6.0 or higher
Application FAQ's
Are you having trouble submitting a residential mortgage application?
An application has not been submitted to us unless you click on the SUBMIT button on the last page of the application. You will then receive an email notification thanking you for applying with us. If the SUBMIT button is not selectable (grayed out), make sure you have completed all required fields and then check the "I agree" box (as viewed below) on the last page of the application. Once this box is checked will you be able to select the SUBMIT button at the bottom of that page. This will complete the application process.
